The shareholders of faveo AG sold its majority stake to a subidiary of GWS Gesellschaft fuer Warenwirtschafts-Systeme. The transaction was closed on April 26, 2018.

fruiton GmbH, a subsidiary of vanWylick group with seat in Duesseldorf/Germany, acquired – via its newly founded subsidiary Frugt.dk ApS with seat in Vallensbaek / Denmark – the frugt.dk activities of the listed company ISS facility Services A/S. The transaction take place as a Carve-Out and was completed on April 1, 2018.

Berner Fleck Wettich comprehensively advised fruiton on the transaction together with the Danish law firm Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen.
